Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Moves2Inspire program purchases and payments are non-refundable. Enrollment in a fixed-term program represents a commitment to the full program fee, regardless of attendance, participation, or early withdrawal. If an installment plan is selected, all remaining payments are still required.

Monthly memberships require written cancellation request via email to [email protected] at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

Medical emergencies may qualify for a temporary program pause, subject to verification and approval. Exceptions are granted at the discretion of Moves2Inspire LLC.
